The truth about hypnosis

Hypnosis is often misunderstood and misrepresented, but it's a natural and common phenomenon. It’s not sleep or trance, but a pre-sleep state when increased alpha and theta wave activity in the brain produces deep relaxation and heightened imagination.

 

When used as a tool for learning, hypnotic techniques can aid rapid knowledge acquisition, alternative viewpoint exploration, and positive life transformations.

How hypnosis works
